Fuji
Fuji apples are medium-large in size, with a conical or cylindrical shape. Fuji apples produced in Moldova have a brick-red color that distinguishes them from Fujis produced in other countries. The white-green pulp is crispy and juicy, crispy, with an excellent sweet and tart taste. In Moldova, approximately 15,000 tons of Fuji variety are produced annually.
