Faralia
The Faralia variety, developed in France, is part of the late-ripening Carmingo series of apricot varieties. Faralia apricots are large, ovoid-elongated (triangular), and laterally flattened. Their heavy, dark orange skins boast a bright red blush covering 30 percent of their surface. The dense orange pulp is crisp, with a balanced taste and a pronounced aroma. The firmness of the pulp also gives Faralias a long shelf life.
