Kyoto
Kyoto apricots are of medium to large size, with a round shape. Their attractive coloring — intense orange covered with a red blush on up to 75 percent of the surface — is matched by a strong, succulent pulp and a sweet, pleasant taste with a slightly sour peel. Developed in France, Moldovan Kyoto apricots are usually harvested during the first 10 days of July and are well suited for handling and transportation.
